A V Engineering Services Ltd is a UK founded company that is based in Melbourn, Royston, Herts.

A V Engineering Services manufacture high quality pressure and vacuum formed products from roll and sheet thermo-plastics, and specialises in the tooling for and production of high definition mouldings. Including surface texturing, logos, undercuts and the unique AV in-mould labelling technique.

Since 1971 we have been producing high quality products for a range of customers both in the UK and abroad. As an engineering based company we are able to offer them a complete manufacturing service.

AV Engineering Services can offer a complete and bespoke service ensuring that we produce a product that achieves the desired result. With 40 plus years experience working with the full range of thermo-plastics we are able to provide a versatile service. From the concept stage, through design and production of the finished product assisting in the design of product to meet the needs of our customer.
