A V Engineering can offer a complete fabrication service in all plastic materials. Cutting, machining, bending, and hand assembly are all regularly undertaken. Using our 5 axis routing facilities, parts can be accurately machined to any profile prior to bending and bonding.
We handle a wide variety of bonding techniques such as:
- Hot gas and plate welding of Polypropylene and Polyethylene
- Chemical bonding
- Epoxy bonding
And of course traditional gluing techniques where applicable, although these are now quite rarely employed.
