A V Engineering have always seen in house tool making as a priority, enabling us to better control quality, cost and scheduling and of course helping to keep costs down. Special tooling features such as: undercuts, logos, texturing, label recesses and temperature control can be applied directly from the design eliminating 3rd party involvement.

A V Engineering uses a variety of materials including, Modelling Board for low volumes and soft tooling, Metal Sprayed tooling taken directly from a pre machined model of a product giving a 6 mm metal surface with a resin backing and a specially treated Alloy for textured and blemish free surfaces on female tooling.
