The latest 5 axis CNC machines mean we are able to offer as an additional service a sub contract three dimensional (3D) machining and trimming facility directly plotted from computer generated surfaces or shapes, with consistent accuracy. We can machine from one off prototypes right up to full production runs. Our complete CADCAM system enables us to machine block models, male or female moulds, sand castings and GRP lay up patterns.

All our CNC machines have the latest programme controllers, with full 5 axis robotic mode for consistency, accuracy and speed.

The maximum machining volume is 2000mm x 2000mm x 710 mm, with machining speeds up to 20 metres per minute and double ended heads capable of 18,000 rpm.

Tool holders from 1.5 mm up to 25 mm diameter.
