AV Engineering's in-house tool making offers better control, quality, cost and scheduling allows undercuts, logos, texturing, label recesses and other detail to be incorporated. We use a variety of materials, including modelling board for low volumes and soft tooling. Metal-sprayed tooling taken directly from a pre-machined model of a product. The specially-treated alloy surface is superb for retaining textured and blemish-free surfaces on female tooling and, with all processes under our direct control, ensures consistent quality.
