AV Engineering Services Ltd are able to offer cutting, bending, bonding, sub and full assemblies, boxed and labelled as required. Multiple Thermo Formed parts can also be assembled. AV Engineering's 5-axis routers offer additional accuracy by machining parts to any profile before bending and bonding processes.

We handle a wide variety of bonding techniques such as:

• Hot gas and plate welding of Polypropylene and Polyethylene

• Chemical bonding

• Urethane Bonding
  

• Epoxy bonding
  

Traditional gluing techniques are available.
