Sub Contract Machining

Our 5-axis CNC machines allow us to offer a sub-contract machining and trimming facility, on non ferrous materials, directly plotted from computer-generated surfaces or shapes, with consistent accuracy. We can machine from one off prototypes right up to full production runs.

Our complete CAD/CAM system enables us to machine block models, male or female moulds, sand castings and GRP lay-up patterns. We have the latest programme controllers, with full 5-axis robotic mode for consistency, accuracy and speed. Maximum machining volume is 2000mm x 2000mm x 710 mm, with machining speeds up to 20 metres per minute and double-ended heads capable of 18,000 rpm. Tool holders from 1.5 mm up to 25 mm diameter.
